Service Guidelines

6 things we ask of you.

To maintain the quality of our low-cost rental brokerage, please follow the guidelines below. Some of them may place a burden on you, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. If you are unable to comply, we may decline to provide the service.

Please read these before using the service.

    We cannot handle properties you are already discussing with another agency

    We are unable to handle the contract for a property you have already viewed or applied for through another agency. Please note that doing so could interfere with your contract.

    Contracts are signed at our office

    Once you pass the screening, the contract is, in principle, signed at our office. Please also promptly transfer initial costs such as the deposit and key money, along with the agency fee.

    Duplicate applications without good reason cannot be accepted

    If you already hold the first-priority application on a property, please refrain from applying for others. If you have an unavoidable reason, feel free to consult us at any time.

    Please help us by limiting the number of viewings and the area

    Please avoid booking viewings for properties you are unlikely to rent. Before viewing, narrow down properties using floor plans and other information, and please help us by limiting the viewing area.

    Viewings start on-site; please use public transport

    Because we have lowered our agency fees, we do not keep a company car. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Please measure dimensions and check equipment yourself

    During the viewing, please measure room dimensions and check equipment such as internet wiring yourself. We do not arrange a separate re-viewing on another day for anything missed.
