Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions for using the service “ieree” (the “Service”) provided by RAS ESTATE Inc. (the “Company”). Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Registration is completed when a prospective user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service.

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Conduct connected to criminal activity
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Company's services
• Collecting or accumulating other users' personal information
• Impersonating another user
• Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services
• Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of certain circumstances apply.

The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects, errors or bugs relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, and security, as well as infringement of rights).

The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing it without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to users as a result.

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when it determines it is necessary to do so.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance for any dispute arising out of the Service.
